Failure in many aspects honestly …
We’ve lost one precious sheep and a few seem lost in their direction and choosing to put church related activities after their own personal agenda.
A question i ask myself is have i failed in my leadership ? Its often said that if a cellgroup does not grow, its due to poor leadership. I struggle to grasp the reason for their decline in interest. Maybe its really due to poor leadership.
Been asking for a sign or even someone to enlighten me and it came in the form of Ps Edmund Chan !
Discipleship = Total Transformation to become like Jesus !
Many people Like Jesus but not many are like Jesus and how true this statement is and i can only ask for God to lead me in my ways and my leadership and let god be first in all and others after God !
God takes Supreme Poll in my life and i live for Jesus !!!

The Bible says seek first god’s kingdom and all the hearts desires will be given to u… Many times i ask myself how true is this command, i ask myself questions and i seek examples to prove that this piece of scripture is real. When i look around, i see my peers and the older generation, truly this is real, with examples such as brother Kevin Lam, my mentor David Lee, brother Isaiah Das and many more.
When u place god before all and ask for his guidance above your own desires, surely he will lead you.
11/10/10, Monday, I went to my new company to sign my appointment letter and at the back of my head, i’m still baffled by their decision to hire me. I lack a certain qualification and it has been something that i thought would be an obstacle for my appointment. I got through the contract really quickly and i started to chat with my new HR lady and to my surprise they were actually intending to hire someone with the qualification i lack. Initially the bosses were insistent with the decision to hire one with the certification however in the words of the HR lady, I stood out from the many applicants armed with better qualifications due to my personality and character fit for the job and in her words was hard to find. But yet the found a perfect match for this.
Truly amazing when i heard this from the HR lady… I started looking back and i can only say that my god is faithful and my god is JESUS CHRIST.

Rush to wait … Wait to rush … sometimes i ask myself whats the point of planning for something and only to have people disappoint you, only to see your plan fail, it takes everything for something to work, however it can also be taken away from us. It gets irritating especially to have all the effort put in and only for something to surface and all the plans would be to no avail …
Over these 2 to 3 weeks, many things have happen and i need a break from stuff . First was the pulling out 2 people whom i thought could make the cut, only to hear about their difficulties and inabilities cause disappointment to me. Now this, the plan was going all ok and as things start to progress ,i had to receive a knife in the heart of the plans and now the plans are wasted. I feel really bad for the people i’ve involved over this duration of planning as i wasted their time and effort.
I am not blamming anyone, its more towards being disappointed …
